Founder / Director

As Co-Founder and owner of High Cove, Rob brings over 20 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry to his clients. Known and relied for his practical expertise and thoughtful leadership, Rob ensures each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the rigorous standards that he upholds.

Over the past decade, Rob has worked across some of London’s most prestigious areas, including Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, Soho, Mayfair, and Wimbledon, as well as the suburbs of Surrey. His portfolio includes penthouses, mews houses, and bespoke residential properties, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

His long-standing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the in-house team reflect his unwavering commitment to trust, collaboration, and exceptional results.

Erwan Toulemonde

Project Manager

Erwan joined High Cove in 2022 as Project Manager, bringing a diverse background to the construction management. His capabilities in coordination, planning and fostering collaboration has been shaped by previous roles in large companies and charities. In the early days of his career, he worked in business development and consultancy with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Groupe Chantelle, and Arc International, focusing on national accounts, brand growth and strategic advising before working for charities such as Young Enterprise. 

Beyond his professional work, Erwan has maintained a strong commitment to social impact, volunteering regularly with the Covent Garden Community Association creating and running community event.
